You might be:
Feeling stuck or overwhelmed

Navigating relationship challenges
Facing a major life change
Carrying grief or loss
Processing trauma
Trying to understand yourself more deeply
Counselling isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths and clarity.
Life can feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming at times. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship strain, life transitions, burnout, or something harder to name — counselling offers a space to pause, reflect, and find your footing again.
I offer a grounded, thoughtful space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard
I’m an experienced somatic yoga teacher, neurodevelopmental practitioner and qualified counselling psychotherapist with a passion for body-mind integration.
My training includes:
- BSc in Psychology & Sociology
- MA in Psychoanalytic Studies
- Counselling Psychotherapist (Registered with BACP)
- Neurodevelopmental Practitioner and Blomberg Rythmic Movement Therapy Qualifications
- Multi Style Yoga, Yin Yoga and Special Yoga Certificates
I consider myself a lifelong student. I’ve been teaching yoga for over 10 years as well as hosting women’s circles and running retreats. For the last 6 years, I've worked full time as the principal neurodevelopmental and auditory practitioner at a well established clinic in West London.
I believe the integration of body, mind and spirit as well as authentic connection through community is key to living a full and healthy life.
Weekly, 50 x minute sessions (same time, every week except for unforseen circumstances)
Long Term Counselling
Online or In-person (we will stick with one modality)
“The body remembers, the bones remember, the joints remember, even the little fingers remember. Memory is lodged in pictures and feelings in cells themselves. Like a sponge filled with water, anywhere the flesh is pressed, wrung, even touched lightly, a memory may flow into a stream.”
